The WATERVILL project held its first Steering Committee (SC) meeting online on 25 November 2025, hosted by lead partner, the Municipality of Zabljak.
Representatives from all project partners, along with the Euro-MED Joint Secretariat, participated in the meeting.
The SC was formally established, with the Chairperson role taken by the Municipality of Zabljak and the Vice-Chairperson by NALAS. The Rules of Procedure and the SC’s management structure were adopted unanimously.
The Steering Committee will guide project implementation, ensuring coordination, compliance, and effective communication among all partners.
